GRACARTANDESIGN.COM, henceforth referred to as the site, is a specialty online store specialized in handmade accessories and home decor designed and made by Faten Anwar.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy on the Site
Each item in our store is handmade and only one item is available per design. We only ship to the United States. The prices of products do not include shipping costs or taxes; these are calculated as you checkout. Purchases totaling more than 200 USD are shipped free. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you purchased from graceartanddesign.com, you can return it postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date; Refunds are issued within 48 hours from the receipt of the returned item. The shipping cost is non-refundable. The customer pays for the return shipping in case of a return. On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at “admin@graceartandesign.com” within no more than 2 days from the delivery date with clear pictures of the damage to the exterior of the package and the damage to the item itself to be eligible for a refund of the shipping cost as well as the return shipping. Refunds may be adjusted by the payment processor to reflect the amount of a transaction fee that is non-refundable by the payment processor; this has nothing to do with Grace Art and Design however, we will be happy to answer any questions you might have about payment processing fees that don’t get refunded in case of full or partial refunds.
